These terms apply when you browse Guruj, create an account, enroll in courses, purchase paid learning, submit reviews, or apply to teach.

Guruj is a structured learning platform for Dharmic and Indian Knowledge Systems. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not harm learners, teachers, the platform, or the integrity of the learning environment.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account, impersonate another person, or use someone else's account without permission.
Course access is provided for personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly repost course materials unless Guruj or the relevant rights holder has expressly allowed it.
Guruj may update course pages, learning features, teacher information, categorization, or availability as the platform evolves.
Paid courses are charged in the amount shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Guruj does not store your full card, UPI, CVV, or payment instrument details. Enrollment for paid courses is confirmed after payment verification.
Paid self-paced course purchases may be eligible for refund if you contact support@guruj.co within 7 calendar days of purchase and, where course progress can be measured, you have completed no more than 20 percent of the course.
Refunds may also be reviewed for duplicate payments, verified payment errors, serious course access failures caused by Guruj, or material course misdescription. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay or the original payment route where available. Bank, card, wallet, or UPI settlement timelines are controlled by the payment provider and issuing institution.
Live cohorts, workshops, certificates, bundles, or special programs may carry additional terms shown at the time of purchase. Free courses have no purchase cancellation or refund amount.
Teachers applying to Guruj must provide accurate information about their background, experience, lineage, tradition, and teaching domains. Approval is not automatic. Published content must pass the platform review workflow before it appears to learners.
Reviews and messages should be honest, relevant, and respectful. Guruj may moderate, remove, or restrict content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, unlawful, or harmful to platform trust.
Guruj provides educational content. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Practices involving yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, fasting, breathwork, healing, or lifestyle changes should be approached responsibly and, when appropriate, with qualified professional guidance.
Some topics are traditional sciences, some are scriptural, and some are interpretive systems. Guruj distinguishes these classifications so learners can understand the nature of what they are studying.
Guruj may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, courses, pricing, policies, and access rules. If a change materially affects paid access, we will handle the issue reasonably and in line with applicable law and the refund policy.
For account, payment, refund, or terms-related disputes, contact support@guruj.co with your account email, course name, payment ID if available, and a clear description of the issue.
