Refund Policy
This page summarizes the refund and cancellation policy for paid Guruj learning purchases. It is also part of the Terms of Service.

Paid self-paced course purchases may be eligible for refund if you email support@guruj.co within 7 calendar days of purchase and, where course progress can be measured, you have completed no more than 20 percent of the course.
We also review refund requests for duplicate payments, verified payment errors, serious course access failures caused by Guruj, or material mismatch between the course page and delivered course.
Live cohorts, workshops, certificates, bundles, or special programs may have separate cancellation windows or refund terms shown at checkout or on the program page. Those program-specific terms apply in addition to this policy.
Email support@guruj.co with the subject line "Refund request". Include your account email, course name, payment ID if available, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay or the original payment route where available. Final settlement timelines depend on your bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI provider, or Razorpay.
Free courses can be left or removed from your learning flow without cancellation charges. Paid self-paced courses generally remain available after purchase unless refunded, removed for policy reasons, or otherwise stated on the course page.
