About this Course
This is the playlist of all the Upanishads in Hindi including the eleven Principal Upanishads. This playlist is largely based on the list of 108 Upanishads given in the Muktika Upanishad although I have included certain others that do not figure in that list but which becam available to me.
Requirements
- Solid foundational knowledge of Vedas & Upanishads
- Prior study of classical texts recommended
- Familiarity with Sanskrit terminology helpful
- Openness to deep, sustained inquiry

The Isha Upanishad is one of the eleven principal Upanishads of the Hindu religion and is part of the Vajananeyi School of the Yajur Veda.It is the last Chapter forty, and consists of just eighteen verses.The Upanishad emphasizes the unity of God and the world and teaches that it is possible to lead a spiritual life while engaging with the world.
